This is a nice basement room with 2 Twin beds, a walk-in closet with shelves, and a large desk & 2 chairs (plenty of plugs to keep you powered up). We are a lively Christian family who loves hanging out and playing board games. We have several private guest rooms. Each private guest room has a key entry that locks from the inside or outside. Guests share a common bathroom, separate toilet shower area, and 2 sinks. Welcome to our cozy and welcoming private room in South Jordan! Availability of specific board games may vary depending on our inventory and previous guests' choices. Our property features a large circular drive with convenient parking on the north side driveway. You'll have access to a shared entrance and your private room(s) downstairs. High-speed Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected throughout your stay. Located in a safe neighborhood of South Jordan, our home boasts large lot sizes and picturesque surroundings. You can take leisurely walks and admire the beautiful horse properties and white fences in the area. Additionally, we are conveniently close to the largest theater in the valley, shopping centers, and major highways such as I-15 and Bangerter highway. Our location offers easy access to popular destinations in the region. We are just 24 minutes away from both Salt Lake City International Airport and downtown SLC. If you're in the mood for shopping, Thanksgiving Point and Traverse Mountain Outlets are only a short drive of 15 and 16 minutes, respectively. Provo, Utah, is also within reach, only 33 minutes away. During your stay, you'll have access to your private room(s) and the shared bathroom. Feel free to relax on the large front porch or take a stroll in the beautiful neighborhood. Please note that we don't have kitchen facilities or laundry onsite, but a laundromat is conveniently located nearby. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests. You can expect essential amenities such as air conditioning, heating, and room-darkening shades to ensure a pleasant environment. We have also taken measures to ensure your safety, including a carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarm, and a lock on the bedroom door. In case of emergencies, a first aid kit is readily available. Free parking on the premises allows you to easily come and go as you please. If you have early arrival or late departure, we are happy to accommodate luggage dropoff.
