Tolulope's place was great for our one night stay with two dogs and a cat, and would be perfect for a couple looking to explore southern Winnipeg. However, if traveling with dogs, the yard is not fully fenced and is shared with the neighbors.

The living space was a good size and had a large tv. This location was ideal but the backyard was not what was expected from the listing. It is listed as fully fenced which is why I booked it to give my dogs a safe and secure space to play outside. However, it is a shared backyard with 3 houses and each house has exposed walkways leading to the street which are not gated negating the “fully fenced” aspect of the yard. The basement unit and kitchen space was appropriate for my needs and big enough for me and my guest plus our two medium sized dogs. The bathroom did have some water damage and the sink leaked leaving puddles on the bathroom floor. I ended up cancelling my reservation given the issues with the yard and found alternate accommodations. On another note, the neighbour verbally assaulted me and my guest as we moved our bags from the vehicle to the unit which did not make us feel completely safe in the unit. With a few upgrades to fencing and washroom this would be a nicer stay.
