This architecturally designed, boutique style accomodation is in my backyard in a quiet street in Flemington. Leave the car here and walk, tram or train around. Base yourself at the Studio and immerse yourself in Melbourne’s culinary, cultural and sports scenes. Visiting family or friends in the area and they don’t have space? Stay here. Win Win! The Studio was designed to maximise light, space and comfort on a small inner city footprint. Built to a high standard to provide quality accommodation for my family and friends, I’ve recently opened it to travelers wanting a unique venue in a super handy location, to easily explore all that Melbourne has to offer. Guests will enjoy quality linen and towels, free high speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV with streaming services. Soak in the outdoor bath. Relax. Dine. Work if you need to. The amenities provided ensure you can pack light. Main bedroom: A comfortable DOUBLE bed with Belgian Linen, reading lamps and wardrobe space in the upstairs sleeping area. Blockout blinds ensure a great night’s sleep. Bathroom: Sheridan towels. Walk in shower, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Hair dryer and hair straightener. Toilet. Wall Mirror. Hand wash. Make up removing wipes. Tissues. Bath salts. Hand mirror. Full length mirror. Laundry items stored under the stairs: Iron and ironing board. Broom, dustpan and brush, umbrella. Kitchenette: Microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. NO OVEN or COOKTOP. Glassware, tableware, cutlery. Twinings tea bags, coffee pods, some cereal options to start you off. Bottle opener, salt and pepper, oil, paper towel. Dish washing liquid, cloths and dish drainer. Fire extinguisher. Dining/Working: 2 seater table - can extend if needed Lounge: 2 seater couch, reading lamp, books, magazines, board games. Smart TV. Drinks coasters. The couch folds out into another double bed - linen provided on request for person sleeping on the sofa bed includes sheets, pillows and comforter. Overhead fan and reverse cycle air conditioner. Windows double glazed for comfort, with privacy and blockout blinds everywhere. Outdoor covered deck: Cane chair, rocking chair with cushions, two side tables. Sun lounger. Drinks coasters, floor mat. Open area deck: 2 seater table and chairs. Fully plumbed outdoor bath While-away time enjoying the rocking chair and listen to the birds. Inspire your green thumbs with the variety in the potted garden. Take the plunge and enjoy the outdoor bath. Relax and have a great break. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy as we are in a small residential street with lovely neighbours. No pet policy due to allergies. No vaping or smoking 🚭 on the property - inside or outside, otherwise a deep cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.
