This fantastic jewel is perfectly located, 50 meters from Avinguda Barcelona (the main street of Miami-Playa with restaurants, bars, ATMs,...) and 150 meters (2 minutes on foot) from the marvelous coves and beaches of the Costa Dorada. If you are looking for a place to switch off and relax with your other half, or if you are a remote worker looking for a quiet place but also for entertainment, then you are in the right place. The sweet apartment consists of a large and bright Open Space, in which there is a large and very comfortable Queen Size bed, which you will find ready upon your arrival and equipped with clean sheets, blankets and pillows. In front of the bed there is an extendable table equipped with wheels, so you can move it where it will be most convenient for you. In the Open Space there is also a large, spacious and brand new kitchen equipped with all utensils and appliances so that you can cook what you like. In the kitchen you will find: - gas burners (3); - oven; - microwave oven; - Nespresso coffee machine (with capsules); - kettle and tea bags; - dishwasher; - a large and spacious fridge and freezer (you will already find fresh drinks upon your arrival); - all utensils and cutlery (pots, pans, plates, glasses, goblets,...). From the all-in-one Suite you will then have access to the beautiful and bright bathroom equipped with all sanitary fixtures, then toilet, bidet, sink and shower with glass doors. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine and dryer and on your arrival there will be clean wipes and towels ready for use, a hairdryer, toilet paper and a Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel. If you want to relax at home you can sit on the very comfortable sofa and watch smart television (Netflix, YouTube, ...) use the free WiFi with unlimited internet or enjoy the incredible view of the pool that you can admire thanks to the large and bright French window (access door). Don't worry, the French window is equipped with darkening curtains that will guarantee you total privacy. In the external areas, which are shared, you will have access to: - the large swimming pool with lighted jacuzzi; - very comfortable deckchairs for sunbathing and umbrellas for shade; - complete gym with flat bench, full body machine, Z barbell, dumbbells and exercise bike all by TechnoGym; - two external dining tables each for 8/10 people; Furthermore, in the outdoor area there are some armchairs in the shade of the palm trees where you can relax reading a book and sipping a glass of wine.
