I can’t review for this place as 2 hours before check in host notified me that the property was not available due to a water leak. She offered me her other location while the issue got fixed over 4 days. I had to dig into her other airbnb propeties to find out the details of this alternative site as she would not provide them. I asked for compensation as I was not getting a fair trade, she stopped responding, at this point, I had one hour check in, with my car filled with my belongings, my dog, and was no longer sure if I was going to have accommodations. I finally found a way to call her, she refused to provide me a better refund, I had no choice but to give it a chance, I arrive and it was a bedroom with a bathroom, no kitchen, no space. It was very clean, and had nice details to it, however, smaller than a hotel room and after I unloaded my stuff, we couldn’t fit ( 2 adults and one dog). I think all of this would have been better if host had been more responsive and fair w/ refund.

Nice place to stay

The place was as advertised mostly. The space wasn’t as clean. The bed smelled like someone had recently slept in it. The dinnerware was dirty. And the heating was out which small space heater were provided. It kept the place warm enough to be comfortable. Cleaning needs improvement otherwise good.
