Greetings and welcome to the Sparrow's Nest, a charmingly remodeled cabin with one bedroom nestled within four acres of private woodlands in the Poconos. Being a non-community area, it offers a serene escape for couples seeking a nature retreat. Conveniently located within a short distance from the Woodloch Spa, the 3 Hammers winery, and Lake Wallenpaupack, it is an ideal spot for a relaxing weekend getaway in the wilderness. With just over 500 square feet of living space, this cabin features one bedroom and one bathroom, making it a perfect romantic getaway for a couple. However, if needed, a foldout couch can accommodate a couple of kids or even another couple. The four private acres in the Poconos provide ample space for outdoor activities, such as roasting s'mores by the firepit, exploring the surrounding wilderness, or simply enjoying the wildlife from the porch with a warm cup of coffee. A fully stocked kitchen and a gas grill outside offer plenty of options for preparing and enjoying a great meal in the comfort of your own cabin. If you prefer to dine out, there are many terrific restaurants nearby, and we'll leave a list of our favorites in the cabin for you to peruse at your leisure. Additionally, the 3 Hammers winery is just a short walk up the road and is an absolute must-visit during your stay. This cabin is also perfect for those enjoying the Woodloch Spa but looking for a cozy off-site accommodation. The spa is just a few minutes away, allowing for convenient access to all of its luxurious amenities. We have ensured that everything you need for a comfortable and cozy night in is provided, including a gas fireplace, board games, and even a heated toilet seat and towel rack. We believe that it's the small things in life that create comfort and an unforgettable experience.

Brittany and Jason‘s cabin is absolutely adorable! It’s the perfect size for two people looking to get away for a weekend in a peaceful, quiet location. The pictures don’t do it justice – they have really thought about every single amenity inside the cabin. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, we were spoiled for choice. We did have one or two minor issues, but Brittany and Jason were extremely responsive and communicative and did everything they could to resolve our problems. If you are looking for a respite from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is definitely the spot for you!

Brittany’s cabin looked just like the photos and was exactly what we were looking for. We brought our own water based on other reviews and were very happy we did. Otherwise a great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet location in the Poconos. Highly recommend!

• The Carriage House restaurant in Barryville - built in the early 1900's and recognized as a designated landmark
• Settlers Inn in Hawley PA – warm and cozy restaurant with delicious food
• Glass at Ledges Hotel in Hawley, PA– amazing restaurant with a view of the Paupack High Falls
• The Laundrette in Narrowsburg NY– hip place with gorgeous river view, amazing pizza and drinks
• The Heron in Narrowsburg NY– cute farm to table restaurant, also serving brunch & cocktails
• The Tusten Cup in Narrowsburg NY– good place for a quick bite, coffee & sweet treats
