We did not have a restful stay here. At bedtime we discovered that there was no top sheet on the bed - only a heavy duvet. We roasted at first, then, fortunately used a light blanket we travel with, as we could not locate a top sheet anywhere. The property needs some care: stains on the carpet, a torn lamp shade, clocks that don't work. The table chair I sat in was so loose that I feared it would collapse. The front steps are steep and shallow and a hazard - and also largely unpainted and down to bare wood. The house did appear to be clean, though the sheets were dark and patterned and not white, so we couldn't tell about the bedding

Nice place to stay in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in North Platte. It also felt very safe. The value was good and the house was very nice. I would stay here again.
