Our property consists of 1.4 acres situated in a quiet and safe rural setting. It is located directly across the road from the Bitterroot River with magnificent views of the mountains and canyons. It is centrally-located with a quick and easy access off the main highway that runs through the Bitterroot Valley in Southwestern Montana. Lots of outdoor activities: fly fishing, hiking, biking, rafting, bird watching, photography, and more. Minimum 2-day stay. This fully-furnished studio apartment is attached to our home with a separate keyless entry and complete privacy from the main part of the house. The kitchen and bathroom are full size. 2024 Update: A barn door has been installed on the bathroom. Please note the pictures do not reflect this new addition.

The unit is an addition connected to their house. Brand new everything. Beautiful interior. River access is a half a block away. Very nice host.

The property is located on a country lane that meanders along the Bitterroot River. It is a quiet and friendly neighborhood, with an unofficial neighborhood watch. It’s the perfect setting to walk around and enjoy the flora and fauna. We are lucky to host a large flock of quail that regularly visit the property and are often seen on the River Road. Please drive carefully and yield to them if they are crossing the road.
Because we are rural, a car will be necessary to get around.
