I booked this home and upon arrival found it to be unsafe. The upstairs is settling so badly the sides of the room are sagging significantly to the point it is difficult to walk around the room without feeling off balance and there is a large soft spot in the floor in the center of the room. I immediately requested to cancel my stay within minutes of arrival as I did not feel this home was safe to stay in with my small child. The host seemed understanding and told me to just contact Airbnb to cancel and request the refund as they said they couldn’t do it on their end. However, when I contacted Airbnb, they said the decision for refund was in fact the host’s and they refused to refund ANY of my $1630. I booked this reservation hours before arriving and cancelled within 10 minutes of arrival. They blatantly lied to me. Do not trust these people.

House was just as advertised and seller was very responsive to all inquiries. Worked perfect for our annual hunting trip. Will definitely use again if available.

This place was exactly how she explained it. Was clean and had everything you would need. Only downfall was so close to train tracks so heard train horns all night long. But other than that it was a great place and would stay again.

The house worked great for the weekend. We enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the pool. It was over 100° our entire stay, but the house stayed cool, and there was lots of shade in the backyard.
