We are delighted that you can enjoy our home, located in one of the best areas of Maresme, Premiá de Dalt. Located a few meters from the highway, you can access Barcelona city in 20-25 minutes, or the entire Mediterranean coast. You can also go down to the Premia de Mar beach, a wide and very quiet beach, which is 1.7 km away. Our house has all the necessary to make you feel comfortable!! Privacy, tranquility, sun, private pool, garden, Barbecue; you will love resting on it. Welcome to our home! It is a two-floor house, where you can organize them at your convenience. On the upper floor, you have the spacious and bright living room and dining room, with views of the Mediterranean. Next door is the kitchen, equipped with everything you need for your stay. You also have the main room with a queen bed and private bathroom. A clean up. And the room with a bunk bed for the youngest. You have access to a large terrace from where you can appreciate the sunsets while enjoying of a good company, wine or tea. Or from where you can have a view of the garden and pool. On the ground floor, you have two bedrooms, one with a sofa bed and the other with a double bed, which has direct access to the garden and pool. You also have a full bathroom, a living room with access to the garden, which has a TV, and the laundry room. If your thing is to enjoy good living, sun, swimming pool and barbecues, you will love it! We have an outdoor grill, very well ventilated. The house has all the basics so you can enjoy a few days of rest and tranquility. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating.
