The villa was really lovely with a great swimming pool. The bedroom layout was difficult to imagine where each one was in the villa as there are a number of levels. The room we would have liked to have (double with ensuite) was on the lower level and did have a damp smell which might have been down to my sensitive smell but I ended up with my partner (the only couple in our party) in a double room and shared bathroom which wasnt ideal. The best room in the villa is on the top floor with lovely views and an ensuite but had 2 single beds so not suitable for a couple really as you couldnt push the beds together which was dissapointing. 1 room has 2 x double beds in it. On the plus side all the beds were very comfortable! Good air conditioning in all bedrooms. The roof terrace is the most amazing place to eat and socialise in. The BBQ was very easy to use but did need a good clean before we could use it. The villa was very expensive as only 5 people sharing the cost but it was lovely.

The pictures don't do the place justice. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed soaking up the gorgeous views from the terrace. The pool was amazing and the cleaning staff were so great and nice. There really wasn't any reason to leave the property but when we did we enjoyed the castell'arquato and other recommendations Frederico provided for us. We hope to come back soon!

Everything on this trip was so perfect that we (three couples and one baby) don’t even have words to describe it 🙏🏽❤️ The place is thousand times more beautiful than in the pictures. A huge plus: Every bedroom had an AC which was great because of the heatwaves of Italy. The villa was very big and clean 👌🏽 There was even a bed and a chair for our one-year-old little traveller. Federico helped us a lot by suggesting the best restaurants, wine places, stores and even finding a place for fresh local truffles etc. He also answered immeadiately if we had something to ask or had any problems. We felt very welcomed and will have beautiful memories from the villa for a life time. Our whole group recommends this place ❤️
