Absolutely amazing place. Private beach was great! The outdoor kitchen and eating area was awesome. Bonnie was a great host and fantastic to deal with!

Bonnie's lake property was private, right on Mara Lake, beautiful sandy beach, clear warm water for swimming, paddle boarding, kyaking. The cabin is comfy and clean, the outdoor deck kitchen has a great view and all you need. The RV was perfect for seniors with ac, functional toilet and shower. Bonnie super responsive and helpful. The only drawback is the property is right in the highway. Hard to tent due to traffic noise, was better inside cabin and RV.

Love our family vacation on Mara Lake! Having our own private beach was so special, and was so convenient for everyone to enjoy at their own pace. We had a resident eagle that visited everyday, which was magical. Loved the use the kayaks and paddle boards. Kids loved exploring the lake, and was perfect for Mom and Dad to watch when we didn’t go out with them. Going to miss morning coffee on the beach with the sound of waves. The outdoor kitchen/ covered patio was Dads favourite, so many memories with food drinks and games! Thanks for a great experience Bonnie! This family has the Shushwap Vibes💕😎

Bonnie was an absolutely amazing host from our first message interaction, to offering creative options to enhance our groups cabin experience, to our check-in and orientation of the property. Not only was she kind, friendly and helpful, but this cabin is such an amazing place to stay for a group. It offers plenty of outdoor space for a wide variety of activities, open floor plan in the cabin for the perfect balance of rustic and cozy, a huge BBQ and handy outdoor kitchen, and the private beach and floating dock only steps away from the cabin really is the cherry on top. I would highly recommend this Air B&B to anyone looking for a very private and picturesque location for a group lake trip.

We’ve used Airbnb many times before, and we honestly have to say Bonnie was the best host we’ve had so far! She truly cares about her guests. She went over and above to accommodate us and our two giant Great Danes. We felt so very special and welcomed. We are planning on using her accommodation again in the near future.
