Cleanliness was the main issue with this place. Pay the $40 to hire a house cleaner to do the job professionally. Used dish towels, dirt stains on the soles of feet, soap residue in the showers and caddy. Almost bare walls with no decorative accents. Linens and bedsheets are old/worn, mattresses sag and in need of replacement. Airing the unit for a few days might help remove the odor. Host errantly posted the listing as a split stay but changed without notice until arrival. This caused a billing error which was partially covered but not according to the stated policy. Host was amenable but needs guidance/education on meeting the needs of travelers. There is no excuse for a dirty place. Other issues such as maintenance/replacement of worn items can be resolved by lowering the price but it is unlikely that will satisfy many. Lots of gaps to fill. Best wishes resolving them.
