This place worked perfectly for a golf trip. We had 12 guys and we could spread out and did not feel cramped together. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We enjoyed it so much, we are already talking about planning the same trip next year.

Overall it was a very good experience. Had a good time. Everything was mentioned clearly with proper instructions. Nice comfort house with swimming pool and hot tub. We did not make use of the fire pit as it was cold at the night. Great location and it's only about 15 minutes to get to a store or local restaurants.

We hosted a women's retreat and all the ladies loved the house. There was plenty of room to have small gatherings as well as space for everyone to congregate together. The pool was sweet. The kitchen was large enough to accommodate a dozen women making dinner while another dozen waited and chatted. Seriously great floor plan. I think it's a perfect place for large gatherings like we had. We actually played the basketball game in the garage but it was shorted out so we set timers on our phones and that worked fine. The rooftop fireplace!! Oh my! We ended up congregating there every night and it was so perfect!. At least one of our group slept on the rooftop couch every night we were there since the stars were amazing and couches were comfy. It was a coveted spot. The beds were super comfortable too. Overall it was a fantastic weekend in a great space.

CAUTION: This is a large company and you aren't renting from an individual. Pros: The home was beautiful and had great amenities. pool was great, rooms are big, lots of bathrooms, and good lounging spaces. Cons: The biggest issue was that the AC unit struggled to keep the place cool. And they made sure to tell you that if you lowered the AC below 74 degrees it will cause the pipes to freeze and you will be charged. I'm not sorry to say this but I call BS. It's 107 degrees outside, it was at least 80 degrees in the home when we arrived. If the pipes are freezing it's because they cheapened out on a properly sized system. OR is because you don't want it running all the time and did them to pay the electric bill. So which is it? You say 20+ people can be in this house and you can't assist the thermostat? The freezer in the kitchen didn't close all the way and we lost some food. Tons and tons of rules! Lots of warnings if your do X you will be charged.
