We enjoyed our stay! The condo is in Tower 4, one of the newer buildings in the Grass Residences. Everything is very convenient; there's a grocery store and some restaurants in the ground level, plus SM North is just a short walk away via the covered bridgeway. We also enjoyed using the pool, which is very nice. The host was very responsive, answering our questions and acting quickly to fix a situation that arose.

Had some minor issues but Rm able to resolve it on time. Very responsive and easy to talk with. I recommend her place to stay. Will definitely book again. Thank you.

Glad it was just a one night stay, rules were somewhat anxiety-causing. Everything has a corresponding fine/penalty, like they just literally really want guests to sleep. Never forget anything of value in this place, even if there's a courier company right below the building--they'll still charge you an additional fee on top of the courier's fee. The cleaner can just drop by the courier after a clean, so not understanding why the extra fee. We were advised the smart watch would be sent back but we never got another message/update after that.
