At RM150/night (when I reserved the unit), it is a fair price for a 2 bedroom in the area. The apartment is clean and has basic amenities. Overall, this unit will work fine for couples looking for a place to just drop their things, head to Genting and come back to shower and sleep...then check out the next day. The owner is helpful and the instructions provided for check-in are clear. Note that it's a dual-key unit and the unit itself is located at the end and near the public elevator and fire escape stairway. Hence, there is some concern for safety. I do hope they install a lock at the main door for added security. The building itself is in need of better maintenance. But it is what it is, given the price point.

The house is at 4th floor last unit with dual key concept. Overall stay is okay but there will be a noticeable mold smell once u step in the unit especially the rooms. Toilet cleanliness have to be improve. Very responsive host.

Hundred percent satisfied during my stay and sure will book again once I go to Genting. Host very nice person as he always gives clear info.
