It was the perfect apartment for 4 friends. 4 separate beds with two different bathrooms, nice kitchen and nice sofa. It was just excellent! Very recommended!
The apartment is big enough, has a nice view, very close to the gondola, but on the same time very quiet. It does not belong to a private host but to a company which has very strict rules, e.i. they won't provide you with a possibility to store the luggage after check out, extra toilet paper or extra towels. However, Konstantin who's responsible for the apartment was very responsive and tried to help as much as he was able to. It's quiet expensive, it feels like the price difference between a studio and a two-bedroom apartment is unfairly high, but we could not find any better alternatives. Note that the bedrooms have no windows, and there's not enough air if you keep the doors closed, but with the doors open it was ok. The ski rental directly in the house was really good! There's also a ski depot in the house.
The location and the apartment are great. The bad and pillows are stiff which is not so good for a ski vacation.
Konstantine's place was very nice. Easy to find and very comfortable.
The apartment is very new, very close to the ski slope, and also very close to the restaurant and supermarket. My friends and I really like it here. When we left, the apartment administrator even gave us Georgian red wine as a gift, which was a great living experience.
