This apartment was brand new and not the original one we had booked. So the guest arrived in a brand new apartment with no amenities provided, No toilet roll provided, No bin bags provided, Cooker extractor didn't work, No washing up facilities (washing up liquid etc), Salt and Pepper cellars were empty (brand new), No welcome pack explaining the facilities of the building (what to do with trash, where is the pool etc), just a text message with the wifi code and A/C quite noisy

Thanks for the great support and amazing helpful personnel, but also a very fresh place and amazing view, good parking, clean pool, in short strongly recommended.
