I found Savoy to be very accommodating, gracious, and prompt in responding to any questions I had. She provided us with all the information and details we needed about the property and area without us having to search for places for entertainment and food. In addition, she was a great help whenever I had questions or inquiries during my stay, and she was very understanding. I found the space very clean and it had all of the amenities I needed during my stay. It was a total vibe and experience that added to an unforgettable weekend of celebration of life, laughter, and fellowship, and we are thankful to Savoy for the opportunity to reserve her beautiful home for this special occasion. Savol come off as a scammer I received last minute addition house rules to late to book something else. Then receive an invoice outside of the app fir supposed damages and breaking rules that were not in place. She was informed there would be a 13th birthday party she insisted on adults we had the parents to come then the charged us for having a party because there were a lot of trash bagged up as instructed. I had planned to use this place again but after the headache..I will not.. and have instructed the people whom I had told about it not to do so as well. Very disappointed with the outcome. I’m pretty sure she will make it seem we were the problem when also professionally cleaned the house ourselves before we left 🙄
