Josh was an excellent host who provided a great place to stay. He stayed on top of communications, was very responsive to any questions, and even gave recommendations to local spots to check out. Cannot recommend enough as a host. Thank you!

Josh was an amazing host. He was incredibly responsive and was extremely clear with instructions/expectations/ assistance. I didn't feel a shred of confusion because he was so proactive in explaining everything prior to arrival. On my second night he checked in and ensured we were happy with our stay, and offered recommendations for things to do in the area which I appreciated. As far as the location goes I was happy with the place and think it's a perfect budget friendly airbnb, especially with a host that goes so above and beyond. I was a bit nervous about the volume level (prior reviews mentioned noise from neighbors), but the only sounds i really heard from neighbors were kids playing in the courtyard outside during the day, which i find totally acceptable. I personally did not experience anything outside of what is normal apartment noise from neighbors. Thank you Josh for a great stay!

Very clear instructions on getting to the rental as well as parking. The home was just like pictures. Very responsive host and very nice. This home is a great place to relax in or just use it for a home base. I will be renting this place again for my next trip to Dallas.
