What an incredible place!! We stayed here this weekend (a bunch of 11/12 women) and had the most amazing time. The house is stunning and the grounds are too. The hot tub and jacuzzi were a definite perk, but we loved all the space too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location. very comfortable home which felt very homely. Well equipped for 12 adults. we were very relaxed and chilled all weekend using the many amenities like the hot tub and spa room. It was great to be able to all sit at the same table to eat and play games together. highly recommend
Gorgeous property, exceeded expectations after seeing the picture. Amazing lounge and dining space. comfortable bedrooms. great feature bathroom on the master. wonderfully equipped kitchen (clearly once lived in has everything a full kitchen would for everyday life, lots and lots of crockery, cooking pans etc, tea, coffee, cleaning things, tea towels....) We stayed as 11 and adults and the property was perfect for the weekend away. Only note I would make is we did pass the entrance from the rd, perhaps a slightly clearer sign.... that could have just been us though...
We had such a wonderful stay at The Learpool Barn. The cottage was spacious including the bedrooms and it had great amenities. The kitchen was so well stocked with loads of pans, platters, servings dishes etc which is often rare. The only minor negative was trying to get in touch with Cottages,Com when we tried to request an early check in. The was no response for a week and I ended up having to go to their direct site and use their chat service only to be given the direct owners contact details to ask him myself via text. The owner himself was very helpful and pleasant but Cottages,Com need to improve their communications. On the day of checkout, we also felt quite rushed + uncomfortable when 45minutes before our checkout time, cleaning staff had already arrived and were sitting on the driveway staring at us and waiting. Made us feel quite uneasy given we checkout was 10am and they arrived onsite approx 9.15am.
