We chose this location due to how close it was to family we were visiting. This was our first Airbnb experience and we are very pleased with the outcome. Nakkara was very responsive to any questions we had and accommodating. Home was clean and looked exactly like the pictures provided. IF we had to give any feedback for future travelers to be aware of (which for us there were NONE) they do use plug in air fresheners. I do see Airbnb has travelers who need perfume free homes. We thought the air fresheners were pleasant and appreciated what it added to the experience but for those with allergies or perfume free requirements that would be the only thing they may need to be aware of. This will most likely be a repeat location for us whenever we travel to see our TX Family. Thank you Nakkara for sharing this home with us :)
We had a great time staying here! Nakkara was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had no issues finding the house or getting in, there were no issues in the home, and everything worked as advertised. Highly recommended!
I loved staying here for graduation weekend with my family. It was the perfect amount of space. Nice amenities and just a little bit removed from the campus scene. Would totally recommend for a small group of friends or family.
Instructions and house were clean, the only issue we had was there was a small odor when entering the house but other then that. Everything seems to work fine. Thanks again.
This was a perfect location. The home is cozy, clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the backyard patio. The hosts were very friendly and checked on us before and during the stay. It had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The road into the neighborhood is lined with beautiful trees. There are about 300 homes in the subdivision and it is a safe neighborhood for walking at any time of day. There is a elementary school very close with a playground, basketball court, and field for playing.
This is a residential area in Denton that is very car-dependent. You are able to park 2 cars in the driveway.
