Well worth the price and then some. Firewood, bath amenities, stocked pantry. This house was beautiful and would love to stay next time I’m visiting hemet. Such a cute cabin!!! Salvador was very responsive too and let us check in early.

The mountain center cabin is a sweet little place next to hiking trails and a quick drive to Idyllwild for more hiking or fun town activities.

Sal is a good host. It is a cozy cabin, with a stone and brick fireplace that has adorable squirrel details. Kitchen was super clean and well kitted out, with the standards, plus; dishwasher, toaster oven, and microwave. I think I saw a blender as well, the only thing I couldn't find was salt! The washer was not working and there is a service call out to have it repaired, dryer worked. There is one queen size bed and the mattress was very comfortable. There is an air mattress available. There are linens, shampoos, and a hairdryer. The AC/Heating system is effective and is easy to operate. WiFi is great. While I was there I heard owls, and saw canyon jays and hawks! There is a cool star gazing map in the kitchen.
