We were in town for family celebrations of a marriage and some birthdays. The location was very convenient for all our activities, plus near the bluff open space we love to visit. The house was tastefully furnished and located in a lush, beautiful neighborhood. The backyard was a big bonus as we all ate and worked outside at times. Every thing was squeaky clean and clutter free. We will definitely book here again if more events take place near here. Thank you, William!

Great place - clean, quiet, and good location for biking/hiking into the coastal reserves. The home layout works well for 5 or 6, with a separate office space, and nice backyard patio. William and Nancy were easy to communicate with - we will stay again!

This is one of the few places I would book again if we needed to stay in the area. Quiet, spacious, clean. Easy communication. For our family of 4 (with 2 young children), this was a great space to allow everyone their own room and let everyone sleep well for a fun weekend in the area!

This was the third time I’ve stayed at Willam and Nancy’s beautiful house. This house has everything that we need and more. It was well equipped and made us feel right at home. It’s very comfortable, clean and has a great atmosphere. The outside is quiet and peaceful with lovely outdoor furniture. We will definetly stay here again😀

William's home in Goleta was exceptional. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay and we felt right at home. William was even flexible about both check in and check out hours and all instructions were clear. The hosts were proactive and friendly with their communication. The house itself is in a nice peaceful community and close enough to the fun activities in Santa Barbara. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again!
