在Timaru看小企鹅耽搁了时间，到达时晚上天已经黑了，房东特别友好，帮我们把房子的灯都开着，坐落在森林里的木屋，房源很干净、安静，有一个大大的浴缸，周边有农场，特别喜欢这里的寂静和闲适，夜晚能看到很多星星。下次到新西兰度假还会选择这里，计划下次来长住一段时间

The Peel Forest Hanger Hut was a beautiful off-the-grid location to stay and relax in New Zealand.

We so loved staying in the Hangar Hut for our last 4 nights of a 3 week stay on the South Island, it was the perfect wind-down time away from other tourists and their motor homes on the roads! The house is totally offgrid, but you would not know it (apart from no microwave), it was very refreshing to be mindful of the power usage, and became a challenge to see how little we could use. The house is really well appointed, great bed, the lounge in front of the fire is really comfy and the table and chairs on the outdoor deck with the view that went to the horizon was just so peaceful. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Be mindful you are about 15 - 20mins from the closest town so grab some supplies before you head on to the property :)

Great stay, in a stunning area of Peel Forest, take note of the number it helps finding it. Home was lovely warm rustic feel, plenty of hot water and everything you need. Host very friendly and helpful. Very quiet and relaxing heat walks and cafes close by. Would absolutely stay again.
