Close to restaurants, shopping, fishing & only 5 miles from PC Harbor/Beach Park. A short drive to some of the most beautiful Florida beaches and a quick 20 minutes to the Punta Gorda airport. Our clean, cozy and warmly decorated home is nestled on a very quiet street in Port Charlotte in gorgeous SW Florida. An oasis for anyone seeking a peacefully quiet home and warm climate with a large screened in outdoor living space. Located only 20 minutes from the Punta Gorda airport and within a short driving distance of several beautiful southwest Florida beaches. Port Charlotte "beach park" is less then 5 miles away and a perfect place to see a breath taking sunrise or sunset, stroll the pier, or play on the playground! MANY shopping areas and restaurants within 3-5 miles of our home. Our home has central air as well as ceiling fans in each room. A small and fully functional kitchen is equipped with all the basics, a sweet coffee nook area, spacious dining area and living room with a roku TV with Xfinity streaming basic local channels are some of the other ammenties our beautiful home provides. The kitchen includes utensils, cookware , baking sheets, a mixer and blender, rice cooker, place setting for eight and plastic ware for your outdoor use. A separate laundry room with a washer, dryer AND laundry soap for your use is located next to the kitchen. A small pantry outside of kitchen is available to organize groceries and a hall/foyer closet stores several beach chairs, beach towels and blanket with a cooler bag and thermos and ironing board and iron for your use while renting. With an open layout and split floor plan, the master suite is separated from the two other bedrooms. The private master bedroom has a ROKU television as well as a private ensuite bathroom. The living space with vaulted ceiling seperates the master suite from the two other bedrooms. There's a full bath between the two bedrooms. Our adorable “turtle” bedroom sleeps four. Turtle bedroom has a new twin over full bunkbed with a pull out trundle. This room includes a small dresser and closet with hangers. The “murphy” room has a queen size bed that easily pulls down from behind mirrored doors. This room has a nice view of the lanai but access to the lanai and pool are from the main living area. A small dresser and a closet with hangers is in the "murphy" bedroom. We have a beautiful screened in outdoor living space for you to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine! This space includes an unheated pool, outdoor living furniture and a dining area for four. The pool area is in full sun but the dining area is under roof. Our (unheated) pool is maintained weekly by a pool company that comes to clean the pool each Thursday morning. Trash and recycling day is Wednesday. We ask our guests that have a stay over a Tuesday to kindly wheel the trash and recycling cans down to the end of our short driveway. Room for two cars in driveway.
