Bed good, AC works well (I was there during an extreme heat wave, couldn´t have lived there without), outdoor kitchen is well equipped, big fridge, dogs are very friendly. You have to walk 10 minutes to the beach, at night a flashlight comes in handy. The sea has high waves and strong currents, if you wanna swim you need to go to another beach. There´s plenty of beaches and little bays around. There are colectivos (shared rides) on the main street for 15 pesos, that take you to either direction. There´s little water around, so don´t expect a high water flow in the kitchen or shower. It´s still rural and little developed. Zipolite is a nude beach btw, but everyone is free to wear whatever they want. Sunsets on the southern end of the beach are beautiful, you can also walk to a viewpoint on top of the cliffs right from the house. There´s no big supermarket close, but small food stores for the basics. Alejandro is a very friendly and relaxed person, we´ve had some good conversations.

Un lugar agradable, básico, limpieza y razonable al costo. En auto propio o taxi directo a la puerta, de lo contrario consiente de caminar de Zipolite a la habitación de 15 a 25 min según tu recorrido. Aplausos cuentan con clima aunque en realidad personalmente disfrutamos mucho del calor y no lo usamos solo ventilador. Tampoco tuvimos oportunidad de usar la cocina sin embargo puedo asegurar que está muy servicial. En general ; 1) Alex , excelente persona y muy atento a nuestras indicaciones y dudas de llegada 2) consiente debe uno estar de lo que esta pagando 3) Otros lugares en playa estan sucios, baño compartido y costo ms alto, preferimos hacer ejercicio 4) refrendo que se aprecia mucho encontrar unas instalaciones limpias y principalmente un baño limpio. Alejandro es un excelente anfitrión, muy atento, además el espacio está perfectamente acondicionado para una buena estancia. Ubicado a corta distancia de la playa de Zipolite. Sin duda nos hospedaríamos de nuevo!

It was great staying at Alejandro’s place. The place was peaceful, and takes about 10+mins to walk to the beach. The place is very clean, and is the 1st place I stayed in Mexico that I did not have to wear bedroom slippers. Alejandro was helpful, and it was obvious he is house proud, as he was always out and about cleaning the place. he even cleaned the gate that was painted white. Nice and peaceful stay. Highly recommended

El alojo cumplía con lo que se describe, para ir a Zipolite es ideal, nosotros en realidad lo ocupamos como punto intermedio entre puerto Ángel y Mazunte, Alejandro nos recomendó los lugares cercanos y gracias a eso conocimos Bahía Estacahuite, el único pero es que no tuvo luz la mayor parte del día de la renta y que sabemos que no dependía de él, el tema es que requería trabajar remotamente algunas HRS así que tuve que bajar a Mazunte para hacerlo, pedí la cancelación y reembolso y no hubo respuesta, así que llegue hasta la noche y ya había luz, solo lo ocupamos para dormir y al otro día retomar nuestro viaje, pero cumple con lo indicado, estacionamiento privado, zona tranquila.
