Heard about Yosua through a friend of mine who have stayed at one of his units in Dec I have stayed in quite a number of units in Taman Anggrek Residences (not Yosua's) and what I really like about Yosua's place is that it is extremely clean ( the floors, the toilet drainage are shiny ) and there are no hair on the floors or tables. I'm quite particular about it. To me it is the little things that makes a difference. clean sheets that smells good with no undry duvet smell. Toilet rolls, towels, a small set of toiletries, the lovely smell that permeates the air every time one enters the room as well as the interior designer transforms the place would recommend to other foreigners and what I would say would make me book with Yosua again is the cleanliness which is incomparable to other listings in TA residences
