I originally booked a room in the "lodge." It seems this portion of the property is private and I was moved to the old mill cabin. Fine and rustic if you're into that sort of thing. No problems with the stay.

my trip was fantastic was very relaxing and did enjoy the property. grounds were well maintained and easy to get around. the spins were warm but too cold outside to try it out. the hot tub was very nice bonus. thank you

The mattress and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable - I did not sleep well and the poor-quality mattress was bad for my back and had me sore the whole next day. There was no soundproofing between rooms whatsoever. I could hear the occupants talk in a regular voice as if they were in our room. The man snored and with no soundproofing - we were kept awake pretty much all night. They turned the tv on at 3 am for about an hour which could be heard as clear as day which also kept us up. The bathroom was a plywood shell that was small and backed up to the bathroom in the next room for a total lack of privacy and the door to the bathroom in the room was a curtain. The location is great and very private. It could be a great place if they didn't go cheap.
