Fairly clean accommodations, not pristine, and one of the hosts was unresponsive to many of my questions. One of the other hosts was there but I wasn't around to talk to him. My biggest concern overall was that there are no security lights on the outside of the house nor are there house numbers on the mailbox. I was coming in at night and only found the house because of the house number before it. My room also did not have overhead lighting, just a very small bedside lamp. This meant I had to do my hair and makeup in the bathroom, tying up that time from someone else. The shower head also needs changing because it just randomly sprays water everywhere making it difficult to wash my hair. I ended up spending 3 out of the 5 days showering/sleeping elsewhere so it wasn't much of an issue for me. If you want somewhere relatively clean to lay your head and aren't picky, this is a great place in a quiet neighborhood.

Clean place with chill atmosphere. I like that storage areas for each guest are clearly marked. Yuri attended all my needs and was pleasant to chat with in passing. The location was close to my office, which was perfect.

Solid place to stay in the Sacramento area. Everything is labeled and instructions clearly laid out by the owner.
