The beach access is about a 5 minute stroll but the amenities in Laid Back Mode make it easy for your family to enjoy rainy days or just days where you want to hang by the pool! There is a private pool, hot tub, game room in the garage, outdoor wet bar, and so much more! The interior offers an open floor plan on the living room level and then 2 additional living room spaces. The golf cart provided (with signed waiver and add’l damage deposit offer 6 seats.) This large home provides plenty of privacy and is located in the Spinnaker's Reach community.

Large house and very well equipped for a great stay!
Great house & great location. Beach, shopping , restaurants, bars all located close to home. House was as described & was extremely clean & well stocked for a vacation with family . Pool was clean & we opted for heating which in March I would recommend. The hot tub was clean & offered an alternative to the pool on cooler evenings. The house had a new barbecue in yard next to wet bar with a tv located above the drink fridge. Every room had a smart tv including the screened in second floor porch. All linens & towels for showers were included. You need your own towels for pool and beach along with chairs for beach. The garage had video games a ping pong table & extra refrigerator , with the charger for the golf cart & electric car . The golf cart was convenient for trips to the beach which was clean & not a long walk from the end of the walkway. They had games for the beach , can jam & a corn hole set. Yard was fenced in for our dogs. Lots wildlife. Definitely going to go back again.
We loved our stay at Laid Back Mode with Spinnakers Reach! Leading up to our arrival, Kyle from Spinnakers Reach was super communicative and even helped us extend our stay by a day. Kyle was always quick to respond and let us check in early as soon as the home was ready for our arrival. The house itself was just as it looks in the pictures - clean, comfortable, and spacious. The children loved the warm saltwater pool! The pool has fun remote-controlled colored lights so the kids were able to swim from dawn until dusk. The outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, seating areas, outdoor kitchen) were all amazing and provided the perfect scene for a nice relaxing week. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to make meals - it was even equipped with plastic plates, plastic bowls, sippy cups, and plastic utensils for the kids! Our family made wonderful memories on this vacation and hope to return someday. Thank you for everything!

SPINNAKER’S REACH
This home is located within the private community of Spinnaker’s Reach in Emerald Isle. The lively and very family friendly vibe is apparent as soon as you pass through the entrance- bright colored homes are sprinkled down the tree lined streets. The farthest distance from any home to the beach access is a maximum 0.8 miles. This translates into easy access to the community’s beach access and pool house from any property. The community offers golf cart parking at the community beach access as well as a pool house complete with covered picnic tables and restrooms.
The beaches along this portion of Emerald Isle can be easily walked, has the perfect place to park a chair and umbrella for the day, or even plenty of open surf to cast a line. Surf fishing is also a favorite past time during the Fall months.
Emerald Isle as a whole is very bicycle friendly- there is a bike path that connects Spinnaker’s Reach to all of Emerald Isle! It is a separate path and safe for riders of all ages. The nearest restaurants and nightlife are just over a mile away while the grocery stores are about 1.5 down the bike path as well. The center of town is just about 2.5 miles… and still connected by the bike path.
