Nice location in the countryside. Roomy house with a big yard and room to roam. Things we liked about the place: Good location, Roomy, Well stocked kitchen Things we did not like about the place: Strong pet smell and pet hair on the furniture, yet nothing was mentioned about pets in the listing. This caused some allergic reaction. We had to share the property with other guests in a basement apartment, even though the listing stated it was for the entire home. There is very limited sound control between the basement apartment and the main level, allowing the noise from the basement to disturb normal conversation on the main level. The smoke alarm went off at 11:15 pm after we had all gone to bed and sleeping. There was no smoke in the main level or upstairs so it seems the cause was from the basement apartment. Very limited towels supplied No Iron. We did find a wall mounted ironing board that was not mounted, making it difficult to use.

First off, I’d stay here again. Very comfy and cozy. There were a few things I’d change or recommend. The gym wasn’t usable really compared to the pics but to be fair it looks like some renovations were in progress. I’d also have more shower towels available. A 4 slice toaster also. Maybe a bit more organization in the kitchen but it was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The only reason I am even offering any suggestions is for the next potential guest. I feel it worked perfectly for my family and would definitely stay here again.
