Accommodation was very beautiful, right on the beach and well maintained. Backyard was also neatly maintained with nice sitting area. Host and caretaker were very helpful and responsive. House has all required amenities. We will definitely visit again if host will consider the feedback provided.

Kaveri has been a fantastic host, very responsive and helped us with recommendations even before we checked-in. The property is amazing, you can see the beach from the front porch and walk right over. All the amenities were as described, the kitchen is well stocked with great crockery and the furniture is tastefully curated. The house help, Keshav, was very reliable and kept the house very clean. Havana by the bay is the perfect place to get away from everything, despite being remote, the local food and grocery ordering app is handy. The restaurant - Kaai, is 10 minutes drive from here and had great good. Highly recommend having self-transport since both Udupi and Mulki are 30 minutes away.

We had a great holiday (even if we had picked a time when it was too hot). a lovely, uncrowded peaceful beach right at our doorstep. We really enjoyed visiting the blue flag beach that was a short ride away. The food ( ordered locally) was always good. there is little to do except to spend time in the beach, though there are activties shirt distances away though we did not end up exploring it. Quiet Peaceful holiday.

Excellent place! You can walk from the gate to the beach and there's hardly anyone there. I went in the second week of March to celebrate a friend's birthday and it was exactly what 4 of us needed. The place is neatly and aesthetically put together. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to explore a beach vacation that's different from the whole Goa-party experience. Kaveri's also put together a nice list of places you can visit nearby. Do visit this home away from home.
