An amazing and luxurious apartment in the city of Kinneret-Tiberias. 4 decorated bedrooms with luxurious beds, 2.5 comfortable bathrooms, a spacious living room with a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing a family meal. And of course a balcony facing the panoramic view of Lake Kinneret and the Golan Mountains. 4 bedrooms. 1 master bedroom with a double bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. In addition, the bathroom is equipped with towels and soaps. Spacious living room with cable TV and WIFI connection. Bar table with chairs and a large dining area. Mauser kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils and coffee machine with capsules. A large balcony with a sitting area facing a spectacular panoramic view of the Sea of Galilee.

Nir’s apartment was extremely clean. Street Parking in front was was very easy. The porch was amazing with beautiful views of the kineret.
the apartment was very nice and comfortable the view is amazing!! the host was super responsive to any issues we had . the. checkout process was a bit of a hassle but overall it was a great place for our vacation
סך הכל נראה כמו בתמונות , היה טוב . חובה להוסיף לפני ההזמנה שמוסיפים מע"מ אחרי ההזמנה. בעל הדירה אומנם הסתדר איתנו בנוגע לזה אבלהופתענו שלא היה כולל , צריך להדגיש אתזה לפני הכל! הבעיה בימי שישי שמקבלים את הדירה רק ב3 בצהריים שלא מספיקים הכנות לשבת , והאזור נורא מרוחק מהכל אז היה דיי סחבת . חוץ מזה הדירה משקפת את התמונות כראויי אך יש לשפר את השירות כלפי האורחים ...
Nir was an excellent host! when some of the pull out beds were not made he helped us rectify the situation immediately. the location was great for us and Nir was happy to make recommendations for breakfast spots!
Nir and his wife Yael were truly amazing, they are so nice and easy to talk to. They treated us like family and went out of their way to make our stay something we will always remember. We had a problem with the air conditioning and internet. They had workers in the apartment to fix the problem within hours. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and spotless, with gorgeous views of the Kinneret. I would highly recommend any property Nir and Yael host. Such sweet and honest hosts.

The Michaelangelo neighborhood is a new neighborhood in Tiberias that was built on the side of a deer forest. After quarrying inside the mountain, a street of approximately 500 meters was developed there, on one side of which 10 amazing buildings with high construction quality were built and on the other side of the street, two-family houses were built.
The street overlooks a panoramic view of the entire Sea of Galilee and the Golan Mountains. In addition, you can find a football and basketball court on the street of playgrounds. A sfardi synagogue with a minyan for all prayers.
There is priority for arriving with a car on the street to get around (we have private parking for your car and also plenty of free street parking).
The nearest bus station is 600 meters from the apartment. All bus lines arrive at this station, including those that connect outside the city. The station is on a main road.

Born and raised in Tiberias, i live there with my beautiful wife Yael and our amazing children. I love my home town and want to share its beauty , rich history and culture with the world. Im a professional property manager for short term vacation rentals and consider myself very lucky to be meeting new people and learning from each of my guests. In my spare time i love water skiing and planning trips with my family .
