everything in the room was good. Great location. Alas, we had noisy neighbors who came in light and were shouting in the early hours of the morning. There was a musty smell in the bathroom (like damp) Otherwise, things were good.

Great place in a very central location, around the corner from Lime Street station. My only issue was the loud pubs that backed onto our room. As it’s so central it can be pretty noisy at night. I wouldn’t recommend for a business trip or something that demands an early start. I still give the property 5 stars as the rooms are nice, beds are comfy and pretty boujie bathroom. Theres also a bar downstairs which is bonus. Great stay overall.

location of the place was great!! the staff is super nice and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were super easy for us. Very happy with the stay.
