My personal retreat for writing and consulting is now available for you to enjoy while I am away. Maximum occupancy is two non-smokers. Take advantage of the community pool, picnic area, gas grill, and outdoor TVs. Gas and wood fire pits are also available for your use. My home has a charcoal grill, a tiki fire pit, outdoor seating under the stars, and a patio. My Tiny Home is called Nancy/Pearl, named after family members. Upon your arrival, you'll notice that most houses in the vicinity have been given names, and mine is called Nancy Pearl. It boasts an open-concept design, creating a spacious ambiance that surpasses its actual size. The interior is cozy, and the patio door is equipped with a fly screen, enabling you to keep the ceiling fans on and enjoy refreshing breezes if desired. Moreover, my home features a unique Tiki fire pit, and you'll find instructions on how to use it in the house book. Situated within a small community comprising only 31 Tiny Homesites, the complex offers a pool that my guests can access during their stay. Additionally, I have included some lightweight outdoor workout equipment for your convenience. Inside the house, you'll find two smart TVs—one in the living room and another in the bedroom—allowing you to enjoy entertainment at your leisure. The wifi connection here is excellent, and on clear evenings, you'll be treated to an exceptional view of the moon, stars, and sunsets/sunrises. Feel free to indulge in the numerous amenities available in the gated Silver Hills Estates community/common area, including the pool, a shaded community area by the pool featuring TVs, a gas fire pit, a wood-burning fire pit, a walking trail, and a gas barbecue grill.
