Beautiful home. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Very easy to communicate with. We did experience some maintenance issues during the stay & even though they couldn’t be resolved during the stay the staff was quick to respond and help in any way that they could. We will return.

The cabin was nice. The floors in the bedroom had dust and dirt- especially the master upstairs. The gameroom was nice and plenty of games- however, all the controls and tv remotes were sticky and dirty! There is no soap holder in the upstairs master bath so we had to find plastic to set the soap on. The sliding doors did not LOCK. The only "security" was a wooden stick holding them closed... The coffee bar/area was nice. That was really all we used of the kitchen. Plenty of room for dining area also-even though we didn't use that either. Enjoyed the hot tubs- but light downstairs going to lower hot tub didn't work so it was quite dark getting to it. Beds were comfortable. The cabin is in a good central location...easy to get to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Seiverville. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Unlike most Airbnb stays, Stony Brook actually seems to care about their guests. They provide all the amenities you would expect from a hotel (like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in sealed packages in every bathroom) and they don't ask you to do all of their laundry and deep clean. (Cue eye roll to every other rental on this site.) They called to introduce themselves and give us recommendations for grocery delivery and other services. Then they sent emails and texts to keep us updated every step of the way. The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The driveway is gated and easy to find. The fireplaces inside are gas with timers for worry-free operation, and the large windows show off the amazing views. Would recommend.
