Worst experience EVER! I booked a place and received a confirmation. I messaged host in-app, no response for 24 hrs. I traveled with the entire family of 6, the pinned location on the map is totally in accurate, we ended up in an industrial area. After multiple phone calls, the host advised he never received any confirmation and he promised to give me another number to call. I waited over an hour for that call with no avail. When I tried calling the host again, all I can get is “the number you are calling is unreachable” No sms messages answered. The host never bothered returning my calls or messages for over 48 hrs, air Airbnb support had to issue me a refund. I ended up booking a hotel for the duration of my stay.
