Handum Hillside Apartments is a green building with 360 degrees cross ventilation in all apartments. NOTE: Smoking of any description is NOT permitted anywhere on our property or in any public places on Boracay Island. We are only 5 mins from the front beach at Willys Rock Station 1 and 15 mins from the big supermarkets. Station 1 has the finest sand and widest beach. It is less crowded and where the higher end establishments are located. This 48sqm apartment - Manami 1 - is on the 1st floor and has a balcony overlooking the valley. Full kitchen with stove top and large fridge. The views are amazing and our central location unbeatable. Cleaning is provided every 2 days or upon request and towels changed. We have fibre optic cable coming into our building and many of our guests are IT people working remotely. They are happy with the WiFi speed of 49mbps.

Loved our stay. Conveniently located near the beach, bars, restaurants, beach clubs, and spas. Staff were very attentive and kind. Apartment was clean, spacious, and quiet. Would definitely be back. Just be aware of the stairs to get to the apartment. But it was lovely to pet all the friendly cats when going up the stairs.
Grateful to have found such a wonderful place to stay for my 28 day workcation. The unit was very peaceful, clean and had a lovely outlook. The team looked after me so well. Infectious smiles everyday made me feel right at home; both safe and comfortable. The location was perfectly located close to the beach and local restaurants. I definitely would highly recommend and will be coming back for more!
The apartment is very spacious and has all things you’d need. It is very well maintained and super clean. The location felt private and is surrounded by lots of plants and little animal friends. Also walkable to the beach. Myrna is very responsive and friendly. 100% recommend!
The host met us at the entrance to the establishment. The condo was well taken care of prior to our arrival. Everything we needed for our stay was present. All questions were answered. Response time to any communications was quick and detailed. Great host. Great place to stay. Only 5 minute walk to the white sand beach and restaurants. If we ever return to we hope to choose the same location.
The apartment is as pictured, very clean, with well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, with good cross breeze. Strong WiFi. Quick responses from host both before and during our stay, with friendly and helpful onsite staff. Cleaning every few days and available onsite laundry service were nice touches. The beach is super close, and grocery store and many restaurants are within 15 minutes’ walk or closer. We stayed two weeks and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

Handum Hillside is located in Station 1 directly behind Willy's Rock at back left corner of Balabag Plaza. There are 48 steps to get up to our place where you will find a blue gate with Handum Hillside and a large hand on it.

Hey my name is Myrna! My husband Bernie and I have a few apartments to host here on Boracay Island. The building ‘Handum Hillside’ is situated in station 1 just behind Balabag Plaza. Only moments from White Beach (less than a 5 minute walk). We spend most of our time on Boracay Island, however, also travel back to Australia regularly where our 3 children (all grown up) live. I enjoy travelling, good food, spending time with family and playing tennis. Please note that our building is new, does not yet have an elevator installed and may not be suitable for elderly and people with disabilities. We have caretakers on site who can assist with luggage and general queries as well as a resident caretaker dog ‘Ula’. We are friendly and hospitable people and we look forward to hosting your next stay!
