The pictures did not do this property justice; it was even more beautiful in person. This is my current top Airbnb property out of the many we have visited. It is clear that the owners enjoy hosting and take pride in what they do. In terms of amenities, it is evident how thoughtful they are. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay is provided, and more. The room itself looks and smells clean and well-decorated. The whole place was thoughtfully adorned with art pieces. We instantly fell at home. The stay includes breakfast which was so convenient when you don't feel like going out so early to eat. Did I say gorgeous? The birds will make you feel like a Disney princess when you wake up. While we wish we could have extended our stay, we will definitely be back.

Sobrang ganda ng place ang peaceful if you want a place na tahimik and need to relax the best!!! sad hindi namin nasulit ng husto since work related yung punta namin but feels like home very accommodating and maasikaso affordable… will rent it again kapg bumalik kami specially if pupunta ako ng vacation dito sa la union already recommended the place to my friends 😊❤️

Was looking for a place to stay over the weekend when I found Balai Benedicere. Everything was perfect as it seemed online. Therese and Arman are the most thoughtful and gracious hosts our family have ever met. They were kind enough to provide us all the information we needed. Balai Benedicere is your home away from home. Location is secluded but accessible. Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet. Love the privacy. We felt at ease and comfortable. The entire place (rooms, pool, common areas, etc) is clean and pristine. The meals served were simple, but very hearty and delicious. The staff is worth mentioning as they are incredible too. Wala ka nang hahanapin pang iba. Simple living at its finest. Top notch hospitality. Definitely worth it, worth mentioning to your family and friends, and worth coming back to. Thank you, Therese and Arman. May you be blessed beyond measure.

Our home away from home Upon arrival, Therese and Armand greeted us with warm hospitality. We arrived earlier than the checkout time so they let us stay in their pool area while waiting for the room to be available. They exceeded our expectations to ensure that our stay was relaxing and delightful. They even have a mini book that showcased their story and the things you can do in La Union. Amenities were superb. We soooo loved their pool area. It was bery homey and the vibes was very peaceful. The room, servic, their crew, the food, everything else were superb! Felt like it was our mom and dad who prepared everything for us. The house was veeeery nice! From the gate, to the parking, to the backyard. Overall, stay was fantastic and we will def recommend this to out friends! Thank you, Therese, Armand, and ates and kuyas, and the dogs! We’ll definitely be back!

2nd time here, with our best friend this time who wanted to celebrate his birthday in a peaceful place.. And no 2nd thoughts.. it’s Arman’s and Therese’s place.. 😊 If you want peace and serenity, this is the place to be. As always, super clean place, kind hosts and kasambahays.. So love this place and it will forever be close to our hearts. Til our next!
