la chambre était absolument conforme au descriptif. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Jacov ( qui parle très bien espagnol ) qui avait commencé par nous contacter avant notre arrivée. Sur place, il nous a très bien expliqué où nous garer et nous a donné tous les renseignements nécessaires pour visiter la ville sans rien rater et bien nous restaurer ! le logement et à un quart d'heure de la ville haute et la chambre est très pratique. une belle adresse avec des gens adorables !!

Arrived around 10.30pm after a late flight. There was some sort of party happening in the breakfast room in the lobby of the hotel. There was karaoke and extremely loud music playing. It was so loud we could not sleep in our room two floors above. The loud partying continued until midnight. The room was hot and stuffy, but we couldn’t open the windows as doing so increased the loud noise coming into our room. We wanted to turn the air conditioner on, however, there was no remote control? There was no one to contact regarding our concerns. When I asked reception in the morning they said that they didn’t provide a remote for the air-con as they didn’t want guests to use it as they didn’t think it was hot enough to justify its use! Also, the “ family room” cost €160, which isn’t cheap and one of the “beds”was actually an old pull out sofa bed that sunk in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Poor value, I don’t recommend.

Ci siamo trovati bene da Nuala. A parta una piccola imprecisione su'orario di chek in, l'accoglienza è stata ottima. La camera da 6 corrispondeva alle nostre aspettative, ci ha piacevolmente stupito in quanto a pulizia e ordine.
