This was a great rental. We stayed a full month. The place looks exactly like the photos. There were a few things missing upon arrival that likely disappeared from the prior renter. As soon as we notified Edward, everything was addressed and replaced. Their responsiveness to everything was great. Kris (from the management company) went above and beyond. The beds were super comfortable. The showers - amazing! The backyard and pool were very inviting. The neighborhood was pleasant and a short walk to look out at the intracoastal. We would happily rent here again.

We enjoyed the house and location. Pool and backyard was very nice. House was modern with a lot of mid-century furniture - everything was comfortable. Pompano has many great restaurants and stores close by and gives quick access to the rest of Broward and some of Dade. It was exactly what we were looking for. Edward was always very responsive - which was appreciated and glad not needed for anything. Pool and yard was serviced while we were there and everything seemed to be in top condition.

Sun House es una fantástica opción para estar en una casa muy cómoda cerca a la playa, shopping y mercados. Excelentemente equipada. Disfrutamos de la iluminación natural dentro de la casa y el soleado jardin con su piscina. Ha sido una gran experiencia.

We had a great at stay. Hosts were responsive to any needs that came up. House is clean and bright. Pool was warm. Home is in a quiet neighborhood. Local grocery, pharmacy and coffee shop. Most important quick drive to the beach. Thank you Edward and Katherine for your guidance when needed. We would absolutely stay again.
