Brian was a fantastic host, very available and knowledgable about the area. The space is a bit smaller than expected with only sliding french doors between the bedroom and living area, and the couch can't be folded up during the day if it's being used as a bed, but the stay was still well worth it and very comfortable. There are so many windows to catch the island breezes that we were comfortable without the AC even on the warmest evenings. The decor was very cute. Would definitely recommend and I would return again, but probably only as a couple, not as a multi-family vacation group.

We’re glad we chose Brian’s place for our short vacation in St Croix. A quiet, peaceful, hidden gem with lots of fruit trees, perfect to relax with a book and a cup of coffee. The best part of this abode was Brian, kind, helpful, present but not intrusive.

I stayed one night. The road was too bad for a regular car. This wasn’t mentioned in description. If it was to rain, we would’ve been stuck. If you rent a car make sure it’s a 4 wheel drive. My mom and I were going to stop at a grocery store to bring food to cook but Brian texted me and said no detours or pit stops. That I needed to come there first. The grill in the picture is not there. We knew there was no AC but the ad said no need for one bc of the breeze and fans. There wasn’t a breeze at all and the fans didn’t help much so it was uncomfortably warm. Be careful if someone in your party is elderly bc there are like 1” step ups throughout the space. My mom fell hurting her knee and elbow. I never have written a bad review on an Airbnb and it hurts me to do so, but the place just did not meet our expectations.
