The house was a perfect fit for us. The description of the listing was just as it was in person. The overall house was quite clean. We couldn’t have been any more comfortable during our stay.

Very large master bedroom and bathroom at back of house (picture only shows 1 small portion of it). Small bedroom at front. Toilet area in front bathroom VERY tight. Living area small but perfect for 2 people. Blinds on bedroom windows inadequate- let in lots of light. Houses all around (back and front) with lots of lights on, though very quiet nieghborhood. Top of window in front bedroom is fan. Luckily it also has blinds but had to turn each blade to close. Front bedroom very bright due to spotlights at front of house aimed right at window. Sheets very scratchy. Lots of towels.

His was our second stay. Our first stay was over Christmas with an expected return in May. We arrived for this stay for the very unfortunate reason of a death in the family. Jacob was kind enough to leave a sympathy note and flowers. Quite thoughtful!

The light switches took some time to figure out. Other than that, perfect.

Had a wonderful stay at Jacob’s place. Super clean, easy to check in and out. Stayed over Thanksgiving and so close to my daughter’s house who was hosting. Jacob responded quickly whenever we had a question and let us check in early and check out late, which was very thoughtful. Will keep it in mind if we need a place to stay again.
