I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The place was incredibly cozy and exactly as described in the listing. The room was really nice and clean. Very comfortable and quiet. all the facilities are just like what described by the owner. Check-in process is so easy. Location is easy to find. In the morning, you will have beautiful sunrise moment. overall, the room is one of the best room that i ever stay in Jakarta. However, this apartment is quite old, there are only few residents and in some parts it is poorly maintained. On the 7th floor, there are several rooms that look like still under renovations or even empty and some hallway lights are out, so the atmosphere is quite spooky. hope that the building management can do some improvement in the the future.
