The view of the apartment is amazing. You can see the bay of angels Nice from the top. It is a big apartment can fits 6 people. There is some dust everywhere and the kitchen is not very clean. I found some ants near the bin. The indoor parking is very small. You better park outside. It is very secure parking because there is a gate at the entrance. The host cannot speak any English, you have to use google translate to communicate. There is no self check in, you must contact the host in order to check in. Remember to exchange phone number via the app. There is no instruction or guide to tell you more about the facility. When you check out, you have to hold on the key to let yourself and the car out and the other person to hold the door in order for you to get back to the house and return the key. Otherwise, you will be locked in. Overall, I found it difficult to communicate with the host and lack of instruction. In general, the apartment has very nice view and spacious.

Beautiful apartment in a very quiet area of Nice. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Stunning view from the balcony. It was very good to have a garage and good position to visit Nice area. I would recommend this apartment to family or group of friends.
