The place is absolutely fantastic. The house provided all necessary amenities for my brothers during our Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity conclave. The owner was accommodating and available. I would definitely get this house again.

This home was perfect for my family while in town for my dad’s funeral/celebration of life. It had plenty of space for sleeping and also for those of us who had to work during our stay. The kitchen was spacious; ample seating at the dining table and in the living area; great outdoor space — from the patios and upstairs balcony to the seats by the barbecue grill. The location was so convenient to everywhere we wanted/needed to go. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house is in prime location to many hotspots in Houston. We were never more than 10-15 minutes away from good food and entertainment. Gates and cameras make you feel very safe and secure. The home décor is beautiful, plenty of space for a group, and beds were super comfortable. Would certainly recommend for a small group traveling to Houston especially if you are fans of the midtown Houston area. I would love to stay here again. The welcome sign with my name and bottle of wine was a nice touch as well.

We arrived early but couldn’t chk in for 6 hours. A more flexibility would have been helpful. However charging over $200 for cleaning and then requiring us to clean the kitchen and dishes is not acceptable.
