The hosts were very friendly and greeted us soon after arrival. We had 4 adults and 2 kids for a long weekend stay and had enough room for everyone to spread out. The house has 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each, plus two sofa beds. The kitchen is large and well stocked, we cooked all of our meals there. The deck is huge and has beautiful views, we spent a lot of time on it. I would absolutely stay again the next time we're in Rockford.

Very relaxing - loved the deck outside! Disappointed that the hot tub was taken out as that was something I was looking forward to ( was not notified till we got there). Filter for water on refrigerator was broken and just 6 bottles of water supplied. Feel like it should have been a case. A bit confusing how to regulate temperature of water for shower. Loved the indoor and outdoor space. Good place for our family to gather.

Gorgeous house, exactly as listed, with a beautiful unobstructed view of the river. On top of the master bedroom upstairs (with access to the deck and view of the river) the house has a den with two bedrooms and one half bath downstairs which provided everyone with their own space. The kitchen came fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans making it easy for us to enjoy home cooked meals. Perfect for inviting family over to enjoy quiet meals and chats next on the deck. I would absolutely rent again.
