Lovely cottage which is much more spacious than you’d think from the outside - comfy lounge, good size bedrooms and a well fitted kitchen. Dogs enjoyed the garden and walks nearby, fully recommend the Rose and Crown for a roast in the village. Quiet area for a stay with friends.

Rose Cottage was beautiful, it had everything we needed and more (Netflix! and a great selection of board games) for a few nights away with the children. It really was home from home! Beautifully decorated and very clean. A great base for exploring the local area, we visited Sandringham, Brancaster beach and Wells. Snettisham itself was a lovely village, we enjoyed lunch and breakfast at the ‘old store’ - highly recommend! The co-op was ideally located - walking distance, to pick up essentials. We had a really lovely few days and would definitely book again in future.

Perfect location for exploring the surroundings. We discovered so much more of the local area by stopping here despite being regular visitors to Norfolk. Forest and beach all within walking distance and very well signposted as were local amenities. The accommodation itself had all that you need for an enjoyable stay and is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Long secure rear garden ideal for the dogs. Highly recommend this lovely place.

Lovely clean cottage. well equiped, warm. Hot shower. Quiet area. Good use of space inside the house. Good location. Would stay again.
