Overall, good experience. There was miscommunication with check in, but Renee responded immediately and it was no big deal, resolved quickly. We had several questions throughout our stay and Renee always responded right away and was very helpful. She arranged for washcloths to be dropped off upon request. Great location, right across from Legacy Food Hall and other restaurants/shopping. Access to the fitness and wellness centers with lots of workout equipment. There was a pool too, but we didn’t use it. Secure, safe, clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Renee was very responsive and accommodating! Her place was spacious and this location was great. There’s a lot of shopping and restaurants right below us which was very convenient. Because of that, there might be noise and lights later at night but that didn’t bother us. Simple and easy instructions on how to check in. There wasn’t quite all the essentials you’d expect at an Airbnb but it worked out for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and nicely set-up place for 1 or 2 people. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Host provided good directions for parking and how to enter the apartment. Would definitely stay again if back in the Plano area!

This apartment is very clean, comfortable and very conveniently located near several restaurants with in walking distance. Do not hesitate to stay here, you won’t regret it.
